Construction: The overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from beginning to completion is aimed at meeting a client’s requirement in order to produce a functionally and upward capital appreciating properties. Dayola Property identifies and analyses development opportunities and performs specific project related activities such as prescription of returns, maximizing financing structure, concept and design, project appraisal and feasibility analysis, project management, tender and contract documentation management and project accounting.
